Why does it flash names for two seconds?

For the suspense only. The winner is already decided before the first name appears, so the flashing changes nothing; stopping it early or letting it run would give the same result.

Can I pick more than one winner?

Yes, by drawing again. Each winner is crossed off, so the next draw runs on the people who are left and nobody can win twice. Keep going until you have as many winners as you need.

Can I bring eliminated names back?

Yes. Eliminated names are only struck through, never deleted, so Reset eliminations restores the full list in one click and you can run the whole draw again from the start.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Once the page has loaded, yes. The draw runs entirely in your browser, so you can keep picking winners even if the connection drops mid-event, and nothing is sent to a server at any point.
