What happens when a prize runs out?

It leaves the wheel and the remaining slices grow to fill the gap, because the odds are recalculated over what is still available. When the last prize is gone the spin button explains that instead of turning.

Can the same person win twice?

No. Each spin is tied to the person you pick in the dropdown, and after their prize is revealed they are struck off the list and removed from the dropdown, so the draw moves on to the next person.

Can I change the prizes in the middle of a draw?

Yes. Add, remove or re-weight prizes at any time and the wheel is rebuilt before the next spin. Prizes already handed out keep their count, so the totals you have promised stay correct.

Can I use this for a real giveaway?

Yes, and the draw itself is unpredictable. What a browser tool cannot do is prove to a third party that nothing was rearranged, so for prizes of real value it helps to record the screen while you spin.
