No. It is a rolling window that ends at the timestamp printed under the cards, so it moves with every update. The daily candles on the History tab are the ones aligned to calendar days in UTC.

Where do the 52-week high and low come from?

From the same daily candles that draw the history chart: the highest high and the lowest low of the last 365 days. Because both pages read one source, the numbers here and the chart on the History tab can never disagree.
